Frequently asked questions
What happens at a free home design visit?
We listen to what you need, look at the room, discuss layouts and finishes, and take the measurements needed for the proposed design. Your quotation follows the agreed specification. There is no obligation to order.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
Not at all. A room, a few ideas or a storage problem is enough to start a conversation. You do not need to use our online designer or prepare exact measurements.
Where do you arrange home visits?
View our service area map or send us your postcode to check whether we cover your home.
How much does fitted furniture cost?
Every room and specification is different. Size, layout, fronts, interiors, materials and installation all affect the quotation. We discuss your priorities and budget before preparing a bespoke price.
How long will it take?
The timescale depends on the furniture, materials and fitting schedule. The team will confirm the current lead time for your specific project rather than promise one date for every room.
Can I choose EGGER finishes?
We mainly use EGGER panels and can discuss suitable colours and woodgrains. Final decor, texture, construction and availability are confirmed with physical samples. Other illustrated stone and fabric looks are generic appearance references.
Can you work with slopes and awkward spaces?
Yes. Sloping ceilings, alcoves, chimney breasts and unusual corners are all worth discussing at a design visit. The actual room is measured before the specification is agreed.
Will submitting the form book an appointment?
It requests a conversation with the team. We contact you to confirm coverage, your requirements and a suitable visit time. No appointment is confirmed simply by submitting a request.
